Et à instaurer le plus immonde cruel et impavide des totalitarisme (ça rappelle l'idéologie des nazis, eux aussi étaient des scientifiques bien-pensants, il ne faut pas l'oublier !! quand on relit leur littérature, on voit à quel point ils étaient persuadés de représenter la rationalité le Droit pet la Civilisation !

Si, questa è la incredibile tesi sostenuta. In realtà tale tesi è al limite dell’incidente diplomatico. L’Italia è un paese UE e vi è (quanto meno !!) la presunzione che i diritti di tutti, compresi quelli dei bambini, siano pienamente tutelati. Tanto più se sottoposti alle cure e trattamenti di un ospedale (il Gaslini) tra i più accreditati e importanti a livello internazionale. Chiaramente potremmo scrivere fiumi d’inchiostro su questa tesi difensiva così estrema da sembrare inverosimile. Ma è chiaro che siamo di fronte ad un vero e proprio scontro tra culture opposte. Proprio alla deriva l’una dall’altra ... Si tratta di una filosofia ed etica diversa tra Inghilterra e Italia. Due visioni diverse del valore della vita. Totalmente diverse. In ballo non c’è solo Tafida e la sua S qui sont derrière amiglia. In ballo c’è la concezione della vita in Italia. E la concezione della vita in Inghilterra. Avete letto bene: «la legge italiana non tutela i bimbi poiché sarebbero sottoposti ai desideri dei genitori e dunque i loro diritti umani non sarebbero tutelati», ove la tutela dei diritti di quella bimba consisterebbe nel farla morire. Se non reagiamo, con un sussulto di dignità, credo che sarà la fine della nostra civiltà a misura d’uomo, resa possibile dalla storia millenaria del cristianesimo. Non sappiamo che farcene di una «confortevole, levigata, ragionevole, democratica non-libertà» che non sa amare e difendere la vita, ogni vita umana.»

De nos jours l'amour de proches est considéré comme une violation  des droits de l'homme de l'individu, mais la dictature arbitraire et impavide de l'etat non ! infos de mars 2022 : Janvier 2020 Tafida Raqeeb - the brain-damaged five-year-old written off by NHS doctors - was yesterday deemed well enough to move out of intensive care in hospital in Italy.

Her parents hailed the ‘big step’ and revealed their daughter is now able to breathe on her own.

Defying her NHS prognosis, she has been moved to her own room in a rehabilitation unit and her delighted mother Shelina Begum told the Mail: ‘Her recovery starts today.’ 

Three months ago, Tafida’s life hung in the balance as British doctors asked the High Court to sanction her life-support being switched off, saying she had no hope of recovery and it would be kinder to let her die.

Yesterday, doctors in the Italian port city announced Tafida had made enough progress to be moved from intensive care to a private room in the rehabilitation unit.

Miss Begum said: ‘It shows that the medical opinion that was placed before the court in the UK is being proved wrong - by Tafida herself.’ 

Tafida Raqeeb: Mum hopes brain-damaged girl will return home 22 March 2022

The mother of a severely disabled girl who took her child to Italy for treatment hopes her daughter will be able to return to London.

Tafida Raqeeb was aged five when she was put on life support in early 2019 following a traumatic brain injury.

She travelled to Genoa in October that year after her parents won a landmark High Court legal ruling to take her abroad for treatment.

Shelina Begum told BBC London her daughter is "doing very well". "Tafida will return. This is her home and this is my home," she said.

"She continues to fight and we see new changes every day. She is stable and we are seeing her emerging. (que croire?)

"The treatments have been beyond belief. We have sacrificed everything, des pauvres auraient été tués par les autorités britanniques, kaj FINO, I am here in Italy with Tafida while my son is back in the UK.

"It has been extremely challenging and beyond belief [for our family]."

Shelina Begum is fundraising for a £25m brain injury rehabilitation centre for children who are not offered NHS treatment

Tafida, now aged seven, is being treated at Genoa's Gaslini Hospital, having previously been at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, east London.

In October 2019, NHS bosses had asked a judge to rule that ending Tafida's life-support was in her best interests.

Her mother, solicitor Miss Begum, and father, construction consultant Mohammed Raqeeb, said doctors in Italy would continue to treat their daughter until she was diagnosed as brain dead.

In the end, judge Mr Justice MacDonald sided with Tafida's family, granting her a chance by rejecting the NHS's challenge.

Two-and-a-half years since the ruling, Miss Begum said she harbours no anger about the case.

"The clinicians need to use Tafida's case as an example before making another best interest application to the court," Miss Begum said.

"If I go back to 2019, it is a very painful moment. I did beg those clinicians to please listen to what the Italians are saying and let Tafida go, but they refused.

"The child they said would die in two weeks is still alive.

"I have let go, my anger has gone, but she is living proof that they were wrong and she was right."

Her parents have created the Tafida Raqeeb Foundation and on Tuesday the charity officially launched a campaign to build a medical centre in the UK for treating brain-damaged children.

The charity aims to set up a "bespoke 20-bed Neurorehabilitation Centre for children" which would offer a range of therapies.

"I have actually become the first point of contact whenever there is a challenge within any hospital," Miss Begum said.

"That's when I thought something needs to happen - a centre to be opened to provide this treatment which is not available."
